          Responsabilités:

          • Enregistrer les différents frais sur les véhicules et dans les Comptes Recevables.
          • Préparer des factures, des chèques, des relevés de compte et des rapports, et en vérifier lexactitude. Traiter les paiements des clients et les chèques retournés.
          • Préparer les dépôts pour la banque.
          • Réviser et traiter les transactions de vente et les dépôts sy rattachant.
          • Vérifier et enregistrer toutes les activités quotidiennes, incluant les activités de jours de vente, pour inclure les dépôts, les créances, les retours, les annulations après-vente, les passifs, les reçus, etc en effectuant des écritures comptables dans le grand livre général.
          • Rapprocher les comptes du grand livre général avec divers autres registres, tels que les comptes bancaires de dépôt, de chèque de vendeur et de traite de vendeur, les listes de non-payés et retours de comptes recevables, etc.
          • Rapprocher les relevés bancaires des comptes de dépôt, de chèque de vente et de traite de vente et enquêter sur tous les ajustements des comptes bancaires.

          Overview:

          Reporting to the National Assistant Controller, this position maintains proper accounting records by accurately and efficiently computing, classifying, preparing, recording and verifying financial data.

           

          Job Responsibilities:

          • Post transportation charges on vehicles and in AR as needed.
          • Prepare invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records, and review for accuracy.
          • Prepare checks deposit for the bank
          • Process and balance sale transactions and balance sale day deposits.
          • Verify and post all daily and sale day activities to include deposits, receivables, returns, after sale voids, liabilities, receipts, etc. to general ledger.
          • Reconcile general ledger accounts with various other registers and accounts, such as depository, seller check and seller draft accounts, AR holds and returns, exchange accounts, etc.
          • Audit invoices, research discrepancies, investigate overages/shortages, and determine/approve for collection or refund.
          • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments and charges are processed timely and kept current.
          • Reconcile bank statements to depository, sale check and sale draft accounts and investigate all bank account adjustments.
          • Process arbitration paperwork and submit various quick check requests as needed. Submit check requests to Shared Service Center, if needed.
          • Calculate and prepare month end journal entries for prepaid expenses and expense accruals as needed.
          • Run, review, balance and interpret reports daily and at month end (i.e., Held Item report, Outstanding Returned Item report, etc.). Reconcile report discrepancies and research problems.
          • Respond to inquiries from clients or colleagues received by phone or email.
          • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
          • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor (i.e., filing, assisting vendors, clients or customers with questions relating to accounts, procedures and services, etc.)

          Qualifications:
