We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in a multi-disciplinary practice.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, will be able to take initiative, be dependable, flexible, and able to work day and early evening shifts and Saturdays.

Position Duties Include:

  • Ability to answer multi-line telephone lines
  • Booking initial assessments and follow-up visits
  • Follow-up telephone calls
  • A competent knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients
  • Accepting multiple methods of payment via merchant terminal
  • Able to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality
  • Knowledge in dealing with Motor Vehicle claims would an asset
  • Experience with booking and billings software would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills (knowledge of Clinicmaster and Quickbooks an asset)
  • Able to correspond via email
