The ideal candidate for this position will be exceptionally welcoming and friendly, a warm greeting sets the tone for the patients entire experience with Riverstone Dental Clinic. Our team of professionals are dedicated to providing patient care that supersedes the standards, and builds a positive relationship with each patient.

Our hours of operation are from 7:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. The successful candidate must be able to work 8 hours, 5 days a week, for the opening or closing shift as required.

Tasks:

  • Schedule appointments using Open Dental software
  • Confirm patient’s appointments
  • Check-in patients upon arrival and provide COVID-19 screening questionnaire
  • Submit insurance claims and predetermine treatment
  • Assist patients in maintaining their regular appointments (annual exam, professional teeth cleaning, planned treatment).
  • Shipping/Receiving laboratory cases
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and welcoming at all times
