      We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Research & Technology team.


      The successful person will support activities pertaining to the VP; make travel arrangements for supported staff and foster efficient working relationships with stakeholders.



      • Manages administration documentation and reports for the Research and Technical (R&T) domains, reporting to the VP, Research & Technology and VP, Technical
      • Organizes travel, arranges and schedules meetings, workshops, web conferences, etc.; produces various reports and correspondence, maintains and coordinates proper approval levels and is responsible for providing day to day administrative support
      • Assists the Director and Managers, R&T with the day-to-day support for direct reports
      • Manages internal online data bases, web pages, KPI dashboards, etc.
      • Support VPs in KPI dashboards, action tracking, etc.
      • Other activities as required


      Required Skills and Experience:

      • Post secondary education or equivalent
      • 5 or more years of professional experience
      • Proficient with Windows Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
      • Proficient in ERP systems – SAP preferred
      • Proficiency in Online Tools – MS Teams, SharePoint, LinkedIn, etc.


      Preferred Skills and Experience:

      • Self starter able to work under minimal supervision and under pressure
      • Able to work and thrive in hybrid office/remote work environment
      • Highly organized
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills
      • Pleasant and professional manner
