The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across Canada and the USA by creating relationships and selling our proprietary software to property management companies. This is an excellent opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly growing startup!

Who you are and What you’ll bring to the Team

  • 2-3+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • You take the time to learn about your clients – what’s happening in the industry, in their companies – what do they care about? You are a subject matter expert and a trusted consultant that takes an invested interest in helping our Enterprise/PM clients be successful
  • You’ve got hustle, no one needs to push you to pick up the phone or do what it takes to see results
  • Executive-level communication and strong outbound experience.
  • Experience with CRMs and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Performance-driven and highly motivated to succeed in meeting targets
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence to work autonomously
  • Team-oriented and invested in the success of the team and company

What you’ll be doing

  • Educating prospective clients by conducting Sales demos to showcase the impact of our platform.
  • Managing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Executing on our GTM strategy in target markets
  • Manage your pipeline to ensure we stay organized and on track with our team targets
  • Represent VendorPM at trade shows, conducting info sessions, webinars, and networking events
